Information we collect

We collect information in only one place on this site: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide.

Our hosting provider processes your IP address as part of delivering the site, and we use it to limit repeated form submissions from the same source. Your IP address and the country it resolves to are also included in the notification email we receive, so they are kept for as long as that email is, alongside what you wrote. We do not store either in a database or use them to build a profile of you.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this website. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads a script from Cloudflare to confirm you are not a bot. It does not track you across sites and does not build an advertising profile.

How we use it

We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. We do not use it for marketing lists or newsletters, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.

Who we share it with

Your submission is delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email provider, and this site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Both process data on our behalf in order to operate the site.

Beyond that, we share information only where required by law.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions arrive as email and remain in our inbox as part of our business correspondence. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted. Email us at contact@diazway.com and we will handle it. There is no account to manage and nothing to unsubscribe from.

Do Not Track signals

This site does not track visitors across other websites, so there is no behaviour for a Do Not Track signal to change. We do not permit third parties to collect information about you across sites through this website.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here.
